Shipping Policy

  • We ship world wide. (Exception applies to a few countries. Please put items in a cart and it will tell you if we can ship to your location or not.)
  • Its shipping cost will be calculated once it's moved to cart.
  • All orders will process once payment clears.
  • All orders will ship out within 1-3 business days. (weekends and holidays are excluded from the business days.)
  • For domestic shipping, it will take about 5-8 business days. 
  • For International shipping, it will take about 10-21 business days. 
  • During the busy or holiday seasons it takes longer than above.
  • Most of orders will ship out via USPS, UPS, Fedex or DHL.(sorry, you can't choose a carrier.)
  • An e-mail will be sent once it ships out from our warehouse. (its tracking number will be provided at this stage)

  • All import duties & taxes are not included in the payment. These taxes are buyer's responsibility.

  • However, since most of our items are overstocked goods or goods that are at the low end of a demand cycle, such as seasonal goods or excess inventory, these may have some minor signs of In-Store handling, or it may not come with an original packaging or box
