Q. Do I need to have a Seller's Permit to purchase lots?
No, you're not required to provide us 'Seller's Permit' to purchase lots from our Website.

But we're strongly suggest you to get this permit. Without this seller's permit, you may subject to pay sales tax for your state. After you put products in a cart, it will tell you if you're required to pay sale tax or not for your state. Please contact your local office about how to obtain the 'Seller's Permit' in your state. Generally, you may obtain this permit instantly and it's free. 

*Please send us your Seller's Permit or Resale Certificate to It will take about 24-72 business hours to update your Seller's Permit information on your account. Sales Tax will be exempted after this process. 


Q. Do I need to pay any taxes? (for domestic & international)

  • For the U.S. buyers, Sales Taxes won't be applied if you provide us a Seller's Permit. Even though you didn't provide us a Seller's Permit, you may not required to pay Sales Taxes. You will know if you're required to pay Sales Taxes when you put a item in a cart with your shipping address. 
  • For the International buyers, all custom or import taxed are buyer's responsibility. Delivery carrier may ask you to pay any taxes when it's delivered to your country. You may contact your local Custom office about this matter. 


Q. What are the items' condition?
Most of our items are overstock, excess closeout and shelf pulls items. These are the items that are never used or sold in a stores. 

However, some of the items were previously available/displayed in a retail stores or department stores , so they may show some minor signs of in-store handling, and it may not come with an original packaging, or discount/sales stickers on its tags. In a few cases, we list other conditioned items including Error Condition or Used Condition Items. We include its correct condition description in its item's page. So please read our description carefully before you make any payments. If you're unsure about the condition term, we're strongly suggest you to purchase our Sample Lot first.


Q. What are the sample lots?
We offer you to purchase our Sample Lot to see how the items are conditioned in general.

Items in this lot will be randomly picked by us and ship it out to you. We're strongly recommend you to purchase Sample Lot before you purchase any regular lots from us. You may find our Sample Lots from here.

Q. What is Shipping & Delivery Policy? (for domestic & International)

  • Its shipping cost will be calculated once it's moved to cart.
  • All orders will process once payment clears.
  • All orders will ship out within 1-3 business days. (weekends and holidays are excluded from the business days.)
  • For domestic shipping, it will take about 5-8 business days
  • For International shipping, it will take about 10-21 business days
  • During the busy or holiday seasons it takes longer than above.
  • Most of orders will ship out via USPS, UPS, Fedex or DHL.(sorry, you can't choose a carrier.)
  • An e-mail will be sent once it ships out from our warehouse. (its tracking number will be provided at this stage)

    Q. Do you provide combined shipping discount?
    You may see its shipping cost based on its total shipment weight. So we don't provide any additional shipping discounts when you purchase 2 or more lots at the same time.


    Q. Do you ship world wide?
    Yes, we ship World Wide! (except a few countries.)

    Q. Do you break a lot?
    No, we don't break lots. Every lot is sold as is.

    Q.What is Return Policy?

  • All sales are final. We don't take returns, indeed.
  • Since most of our items are overstocked goods or goods that are at the low end of a demand cycle, such as seasonal goods or excess inventory, these may have some minor signs of In-Store handling, or it may not come with an original packaging or box. Also it may have sale or discount stickers on the tags.
  • We always do our best to include detail information about the items’ condition within the items detail page, so please read its description carefully when you purchase items from us.
  • Providing a correct condition description is an important process. So we put our best efforts to monitor all our individual items’ current condition. If there’s a difference greater than 5% of its manifests that we stated, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your lot. (

    Q. How to Order?
    After you add items into the cart, you'll be guided to place an order. It will show you its grand total, including shipping cost. 

    Q. How to Cancel the Order?
    Buyer can cancel the order before the item(s) shipped out from our location. However, if the items are shipped out already, buyer can not cancel the order.
